Sheriff Roberson reports that on June 21st, 2021, Cpl. Investigator Gene Atwell received information that two females came to the Sheriff's Office to report they had been raped by their father/step father for years during their childhood.

As a result of that investigation 38 year old male George Lynn of Harrison was arrested on probable cause for 20 counts of rape.  Investigator Atwell submitted the probable cause affidavit to the court in which the Judge found sufficient probable cause evidence for the arrest and issued a $100,000 cash only bond.
