Fleeing Branson Shoplifter Suspects Apprehended

On 09/30/2020 Boone County Deputies responded to the request for assistance from the Branson Police Department to apprehend suspects that were driving a 2011 Chevy Equinox with Kansas temporary tags.  Information provided was that the suspects were southbound on US 65 and were involved in a number of shoplifting thefts from their local retail businesses.  The suspects were wanted for felony theft and fleeing. 

 

The suspects were intercepted by Boone County officers and subsequently arrested after a short pursuit.  Three suspects were taken into custody that were identified as 26 year old Kiara Ross, 19 year old Jeremiah Dennis and 21 year old De'marea Cushon all of which are from the Kansas City, MO area.  After a search of the vehicle was conducted, it was found that the three suspects had over $6,000.00 in recent stolen merchandise in their possession.  The suspects are currently being held in the Boone County Jail on traffic and criminal related offenses with additional charges pending in Branson.
