Sheriff Tim Roberson would like to thank everybody involved at the protest that took place in the Town of Zinc Sunday, August 2nd, 2020.  We had a very successful protest that could have turned out worse if it was not for the cooperation of our citizens in Boone County.  Sheriff Roberson foremost wants to thank the citizens for keeping the peace and dignity that gives our great county the reputation it holds to this day.

A special thank you to all of the Harrison Police Department Officers that were on standby in case things escalated to the point where intervention would have to take place.  Without their support and our two departments working together, this would not have been possible.

Again, a huge heartfelt thank you goes out to everyone involved and that pulled together during this protest to make it successful.
