Beginning in April 2020 through June 2020, the Boone County Sheriff's Office started investigating a string of burglaries in Diamond City. The Sugar Loaf Marina and 3 separate residences were burglarized. Property stolen consisted of alcohol, currency and 2 UTV's. Patrol Deputies recovered one of the UTV's in a remote area in Diamond City. Investigators collected physical evidence from the UTV that lead to the arrest of a male juvenile. That juvenile lead investigators to the location of the other UTV. Follow up investigation lead to the identification to the 3 other juveniles that were involved in these cases.

Charges involving these juveniles have been submitted to the Juvenile Prosecutor's Office for review.
