On Thursday, January 30, 2020, the Boone County Sheriff's Office received a report of a shooting located in the 10000 block of Widner Lane north of Harrison. When officers arrived, they discovered the deceased body of a female inside the residence. Also at the scene, Officers located two male juveniles at the residence. During the course of the investigation, two juveniles living in the home were taken into custody. Investigators are working in conjunction with the 14th Judicial District Prosecuting Attorney's Office to determine what charges will be filed in this case. Further investigation continues.
