Timothy Dale, a level 3 sex offender, has registered as homeless in Boone County. Dale was convicted in 1997 for rape. Dale is prohibited from residing within 2,000 feet of a school, daycare, youth center, or playground. If anyone has any questions or concerns please feel free to contact the sheriff’s department.
