Sheriff Danny Hickman reports that a one vehicle all terrain vehicle accident took place Saturday, March 6, at about 4:50 pm on Rally Hill Road.  Deputy Nathan Jenkins responded to the call where he found two injured females.  Dep. Jenkins was able to interview witnesses to the accident at the scene who reported that the riders on the ATV had swerved to avoid hitting a dog which caused their ATV to leave the road and overturn.  Annette Hunnicutt and Lynnette Campbell were taken to St. John’s hospital in Springfield, Missouri by AirEvac helicopter.  The Sheriff’s office was informed on March 7, that Lynnette Campbell died from injuries sustained in the accident. Ms. Hunnicutt was believed to be in stable condition in St. John’s as of Sunday, March 7.
