Harrison Daily Times and Dr. Bill Ray Lewis are co-sponsoring an Arkansas Freedom of Information Workshop Monday afternoon March 15, 2010, from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m.  The workshop will be held at the campus of Ozarks Unlimited Resources Education Cooperative at Bellefonte. Ronnie Bell, publisher of the Harrison Daily Times will serve as moderator and Tom Larimer, executive director of the Arkansas Press Association, and Beth Walker and Ryan Owsley, Deputy Attorney General and Assistant Attorney General for the State of Arkansas will serve as panelists.
