Sheriff Danny Hickman reports that on Wednesday, February 17th, 2010, officers with Boone County Sheriff’s Office Narcotics Division, Harrison Police Department, and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force, obtained information in reference to a possible meth lab at a residence located in Harrison. Officers initiated further investigation and obtained pseudoephedrine purchase records from Leads on Labs, which led them to obtain a search warrant for 212 N. Willow apartment #2. Officers located several components to a meth lab and numerous other drug paraphernalia items at the residence.
Arrested were Tanner Nelson, 31, and Katie Rhoades, 26, who were charged with the Manufacture of methamphetamine, Possession of a Controlled Substance-meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Possession of a Controlled Substance-marijuana.
Both suspects were being held at the Boone County Jail without bond as of Thursday morning.
