On Tuesday, February 2nd, 2010, the Boone County Sheriff’s Office arrested Jerrel Brewer, DOB: 12/27/1976, for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Meth, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Driving on a Suspended Driver’s License. Dep. Ryan Watson initiated a traffic stop on Brewer’s vehicle for a simple traffic violation, and discovered a small amount of methamphetamine, marijuana, and drug paraphernalia on Brewer’s person. During further investigation, officers obtained enough information to obtain a search warrant for a residence inside the city of Harrison.
Officers with the Boone County Sheriff’s Office, Harrison Police Department, and the 14th Judicial District Drug Task Force, executed a search warrant at 1709 Johnson Drive in Harrison. Officer’s there arrested Lisa Bell, DOB: 08/30/1969, for Possession of a Controlled Substance-Meth, Possession of a Controlled Substance-Marijuana, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and Delivery of a Controlled Substance-Meth. Also arrested was another male subject staying at the residence for Misdemeanor charges. Officer’s seized a large amount of cash and narcotics items while at the residence.
After the Search Warrant, officers observed a van pull into the residence where the search warrant was executed. As the van left the residence, officers stopped the vehicle for a broken windshield. Officers then identified the driver of the vehicle as Hispanic male named Arnolfo Vasquez-Borias. Officers determined Vasquez was in the United States illegally and made contact with I.C.E. (Immigration and Customs Enforcement). I.C.E. placed a detainer on Vasquez in order to deport him back to Mexico.
The time of this release Brewer was still at the Boone County Jail with bond set at $5,000.00 Bell also remains in custody with her bond set at $25,000.00
