Deputies Ryan Watson, Jason Baethke and Reserve Deputy Gene Atwell responded to a one vehicle accident Jan. 17, 2010, at approximately 10 a.m. on Union Road. Ethel Roberts was traveling alone in her 1996 Oldsmobile Cutlass going south on Union Road when her car traveled on the westbound ditch causing her to lose control of the vehicle.  She over-corrected causing the vehicle to skid across both lanes of traffic with the vehicle overturning and coming to rest on it's top.  Ms. Roberts was injured and transported to NARMC by ambulance.
