The Boone County Sheriffs Office has arrested Michelle Atchley, DOB: 10/19/1984, who has been charged with furnishing prohibited articles in a correctional facility, possession of a controlled substance – marijuana, and possession of a schedule IV narcotic. Boone County Jail Administrator Jason Day, stated another agency had arrested Atchley on Saturday, January 16th, 2010, for manufacturing a controlled substance – meth, and brought her to the jail. Day said as intake officers conducted a search of Atchley; they located a small amount of marijuana and one (1) white prescription pill in her shoe. Atchley’s bond was set at $25,000.00 and remained in custody as of Tuesday morning.
