On Tuesday February 11, 2014 Sheriff Mike Moore reported the arrest of a juvenile at the Lead Hill School after an investigation into threats. Superintendent John Davidson requested assistance and Sheriff Moore said deputies responded to the school after this request.
In an affidavit filed by Lieutenant Lea, one juvenile male was charged with communicating a death threat concerning a school employee or student.
The student was taken into custody without incident at Lead Hill School. He was released to the custody of Juvenile Services.
